Overview
NauticRim wheel caps are custom-made. We offer a full refund until you confirm the design and agree to production. After you agree to production, we will ship your order promptly. Shipping time is typically 15-25 days (sea freight). For expedited shipping, air freight is available at an additional cost.
Refunds are only available upon receipt of the goods if the following conditions are met:
- Product damage during shipping;
- Product quality issues;
- Missing parts;
- Return for personal reasons (50% refund only).
To return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, and mailed to our warehouse in China. (We do not cover return shipping costs.)
Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Refund Delayed or Not Received
- If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be credited to your account.
- Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive.
- If you have completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Leytezhang@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only full-price items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email Leytezhang@gmail.com and send your item to our warehouse in China (contact customer service for the return address).
Return Shipping Costs
To return an item, please mail it to: {physical address}.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your region.
If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
